ACM Articles of Incorporation Posted

In support of the 75th anniversary celebration of ACM’s founding, we’ve posted the incorporation documents for ACM from September 29th, 1954. The articles were signed a week earlier on September 22nd, 1954 by Alex Orden, John Howard and Robert Campbell. This documents gives the articles of incorporation for ACM as incorporated in the state of Delaware on that date. In addition, there is an amendment from June 23, 1978 that modifies the articles of incorporation to adjust the voting mechanism for changing the bylaws, signed by Herb Grosch.
